As a past life regressionist I use guided imagery and suggestion to bring about an experience of other incarnations that affect life today, such as in the areas of relationships, career, talents, phobias, and others. I help people to see the ongoing connections between their lifetimes -- all time is simultaneous from the point of view of the soul!

I use the shamanic practice of soul retrieval to help individuals re-integrate parts of themselves which have split off through trauma. This includes introducing them to their power animals for greater connection with the Earth and its energies.

As an ordained minister and Reiki Master/Teacher, I use laying on of hands for the purpose of healing through compassion. I also channel a frequency of energy called Hathor for the purpose of manifesting unconditional love through intuitive bodywork.

Since the 1980's I have been involved with citizen diplomacy on a global level, reinforcing healing communities in cultures whose peoples are preparing for a new level of freedom. In this vein I was guided to do extensive teaching in the former Soviet Union, on the subjects of shamanism, rebirthing (conscious breathing) and metaphysics. In 2000-2002 I  helped to develop a community of Reiki healers in Havana, Cuba, where Reiki has been officially recognized as an alternative healing modality.

A native of Chicago, I resided on Maui, Hawaii 2004-2008, where I worked on an assignment to reawaken the Earth. Last fall & winter I traveled for seven months around the world, visiting France, Nepal, India, Thailand , Vietnam and Laos for work, play and pilgrimage, visiting sacred sites as I went.   

Now I am concluding my summer sojourn in North America, getting ready to go back to Chiang Mai, Thailand for the winter. I also plan to visit the Vegetarian Festival next month in Trang, in the south of the country, to view fire walking & other cool forms of trance activities! I will continue to teach seminars and do private sessions wherever I am, hopefully soon with Skype!

My seminars emphasize  strengthening the co-creative process between the individual and our planet, helping us shift our density both as a species and as individuals as the Earth accelerates her vibration. I also teach seminars on the breath and meditation, blending Tibetan Tummo practice of Kundalini with the experience of bliss and transcendence.

In the summer of 2006 I hosted a weekly radio show online on the subject of pilgrimage. Each one of 13 shows treated a distinct facet of the art of pilgrimage, including how to work consciously with the Earth and tap into the power of sacred sites. I am currently being guided by the Consortium (Council) of beings who oversee our planet, to travel to centers of Light and create bridges of consciousness between the Earth and other dimensions. In July, 2007 I was at Dharamsala, India for the Dalai Lama's summer teachings, after which I journeyed to Nepal and Tibet. Then in the fall I was guided by the Consortium to visit sacred sites in Mexico and do energy work there.

In 2008 I was guided to do more Consortium work through pilgrimage -- in Sedona, AZ; in the Black Hills of South Dakota; in the south of France with the Mary Magdalene energy; in the foothills of the Himalayas near Dharamsala, India; and in the mountains of northern Thailand near Chiang Mai, where I am now returning. This summer I have concentrated on sites in the Midwest USA, from Tennessee to Upper Michigan, focusing mostly on river valleys in Illinois -- back to my birthplace!
